Having studied basic sociology at A-level (I don\'t know what that would be equivelent to elsewhere sorry Tongue) I can tell you that while parenting isn\'t the only factor, it is a very major one.

Its called a \"Primary Agent of Sociolisation\". Others include Education, Immediate Family and Close Friends.

Primary socialisation fixes your sense of right and wrong by about the age of seven. While it is possible to change this, it is much more difficult/unlikly that anyone is going to undergo a massive reform past this age, without a major change of livestyle.

Chances are he just hated minority groups because they managed to get along fine, while he couldn\'t get a job. (He spent many years after the Great War unemployed like a large number of germany\'s labour force. It has been suggested that he pciked up his hatred/thirst for persecution of minority groups during this time. Or he could just have used them as a scapegoat for politics. Who knows?
