Yo, this is a dragon I rendered (no, the model isn\'t mine, I grabbed it off the web).

The original intent was to work on my Sub-Surface-Scattering skills, which I think went quite well.

The image is build up with 2 passes, the first is the sub-surface-scattering pass, with all the colours, etc. The second pass is the highlight pass wich gives it the shiny effect.

The original render took me over 2 hours to render, and had a 2000x3000 resolution Tongue

RE: dragon
Great render, just one tiny nit-pick from me.

The glossyness of the shine is a wee bit too strong, so you can\'t see the detail on the model quite as well as you should.

Apart from that, awesome, lets see some of TTR:T\'s weapons next Tongue

RE: dragon
Well, I like the strong glossiness, I think it gives it a bit of surrealism.

This is the image without the highlight pass.
