Lovelife status?

Well I\'m currently confused about whether or not the girl I like likes me back. I took her to prom and asked her out but she cancelled out on me cuz she said she got a bf which really pissed me off and I felt rejected, then he dumps her a week later. I take her to a party and she was dancing with this guy and she just grabbed me so i danced with her too. We both ended up sandwiching her, I take her to the movies the next day, didn\'t hit on her or anything though, dammit. Anyways, shes out of town for the summer for her summer job. But she\'s been calling me and writing to me and i\'ve been doing the same. She\'s invited me to her house when she gets back for muffins and a movie night, then I told her I\'m taking her to Great America (amusement park) and to the movies when she gets back. But I didn\'t actually say it was a date, I just said that we\'re gonna go there. She said that she\'ll want to go. She said she loves me and misses me on the phone but I dunno whether or not she loves me as a friend or as a bf since my friends tell me they love me alot when I hang out with them. I\'m guessing she likes me but I dunno for sure. So yeah little help here ppl?

Trying to understand women is like trying to fly from a second story window. You can try, it probobly won\'t work, and it generally hurts quite a lot when you hit the dirt, so to speak.

Best advice I can give is the same i\'m taking myself, being in a simmilar situation. Hang on, and see where the ride takes you.

I agree with JR (holy shit is that possible?); Women are so hard to understand....

I thought this girl liked me and had given me all the signs this week; and then last night suddenly appeared in my tent saying that she was scared I liked her and that I was sending her the wrong signs!!!!! FFS I only started giving signs after she did to me!!!! Grrrr!!! Women!!!

Anyway;

I\'ve been single since 2000 although for the past 2 years I have been actively looking. And yup, I would really really like someone as for the past 3 years, when my friends have been at uni (i live at home and travelled the 15 miles to uni every day) all over the country I have had NO ONE in the immediate local area to socialise with or just to spend time with. I have spent the majority of my life over the past 3 years sitting infront of my computer talking to you guys. And to be honest it makes me very very very lonely and quite regularly very depressed. Speaking of which, thanks to Jognt and Mengioto that are always around for a laugh and to cheer me up

With my current girlfriend, its the first time that it seems to last longer than every time i tried before.

She\'s living 20 mintues from me (by public transport or car), and in some ares has the same interests as i have (which makes her one of the few girls in her class).

Never dared to ask \'THE\' question yet, but could need some extra time.

After my vacation it will be the first time my parents meet her, and i hope that their attitide towards her will change a little when they get to know her in an other way than a voice throught he telephone (At the moment they can\'t even pronounce her name correctly let alone write it out)

good things goes as soon as they come. It\'s something I want, but something I will never get, or it\'s something that I should not have. Or when it\'s given to me , I always find a way to mess things up.
