I think thats the one I\'ve got. I have *one* expansion pack CD for it. Hopefully there aren\'t two?

I was thinking more along the lines of extras to download from somewhere. If I\'m not mistaken (and I might be) there was once upon a time units to download of the net and stuff like that...

There are 2 but only CC is standard now. Install the pack first then install the 3.1 patch.

There are loads and loads of things you can d/l. There is so much that i have multiple TA direcs. Each for a different mod or unit pack. The major fansites are http://www.planetannihilation.com , http://www.tadesigners.com http://www.tauniverse.com and http://www.tafansite.com home of the TA unit shop 5000 units can be d/l from there. Remember TA can only support 512 units and 255 different weapons. If you cross that it will act funky or crash.

How about a recommendation of what to download (including files I would need)?

I have the 3.1c patch, CC and now Absolute Annihilation 5.4 with map packs 1 & 2.

I doubt Iy anyone but the computer, so AI support in mods would be great

Are you sure that AA doesnt have a new ai? I have never tried it myself. I advice you some non cheating ai\'s because cheating ai\'s altrough harder have special units and those may conflict with AA.

I think you should make multiple direc\'s. Just copy the main ta files into a other direc and try some more and better mods. The mod you should try are : TA: final frontier, TA in space. World domination. A very good modern war mod. Both can be d/l from http://www.tadesigners.com

Then there is AATA a good WW 2 TA mod. That can be d/l from aata.tauniverse.com I am a research guy and betatester for that mod.

There are some more but those are the best atm.
