just to be able to change the face would really cool.
It would be nice if you could like customize the clothing a bit, like you could choose between having a jacket or not, having ur dogtag outside the shirt or not, fixing ur facial hair, color the hair ? :O
if u want ur pants to go over the boots or not , and stuff like that =)

This technology looks interesting, but you would definetly need li mitations to keep it from being abused.

saw ya Goob, just been really busy the past day or so

also, if you discount the altering the size of teh model and such,
with the inclusion of the model swapping(so say, rolled up sleeves, pants over boots, etc) and texture changes(faces, hair color, etc) you can only get so many combinations and it\'s really hard to abuse that system.
However, just because there are limitations to all that doesnt mean that there wont be a crapload of options to choose between, on top of altering your players body build, height, etc.

So there is ALOT of customization that\'s allowed for between just these 3 resrouces and(not counting the models or textures needed for this system) it takes very little effort to set up for it as well.

Well, Torque does allow for sending files over the net to other clients, but that\'s only if you\'re the server. And that introduces problems with innaprorpriate pictures. Word filtering is one thing, but filtering pictures?

In short, I doubt we\'ll put that in.

clan symbols have a future for that sort of thing, but they would have to be sent to the server mods, or us devs to approve them before they are added in.
