Maswick and I talked about how much fun we had in the past with TTR and the community. So we began to think about arranging a game so we can all play it again for good times sake.

But I remember you, and I will never forget you. Satanta and I are very nostalgic of our days spent playing TTR. What would we not give to relieve the excitement of a full server! It occurred to me that nothing could ever replace the experience that was TTR. Playing it was like being at a party with the coolest people. It was like being out with the mates, except we were a whole community devoted to a common goal: the enjoyment of our game. Our game. WE made that game what it was. Not to take away from the devs of course, but without the AWESOME player community to support it, TTR would not have been half as enjoyable.

Alas, this forum stands like a tombstone, and a memory which fades more and more as time passes. We have grown old since, and the likelihood of reviving TTR, re-igniting the flame is looking bleak. Nearly 8 years have passed since the first release, when I was barely 14 years old. I am now expecting to graduate from University next year, and in my heart I am still waiting for the TTR revival. I am waiting for it even though I consciously know it is impossible... Stryker is probably like 30 years old now, married with kids lol. I want to thank him and reno and sorry I don?t remember the rest! Thanks to all those who contributed in any way to the development of TTR. Thanks to all those who accepted me as their equal, as their brother, as their fellow TTR player.

May we never forget the good times

Just as a note, something is messed up with my 10.3.9 system and it doesn\'t like UT, so I can not test it in Panther, but it should work.

Notes:
Still has many of the Mac TTR issues from long ago, including, but not limited to:

*No Music! (If you haven\'t heard it, get a UMX player, it\'s not too bad at all!)

*Random disconnects at the end of a match!

*Texture issues!

*It doesn\'t quit very well.

The file is about 386 megs of goodness, which will expand to about 610 megs of pure love.

I have also included the stuff for OS 9, if you should need them. Delete them if you don\'t.

Also, important to note is that you can\'t really mess around with the unrealtournament.ini if you are using OS X. The UT for X program is a preview, or beta, release that was never finished, and some of the settings must remain as they are or the game will not launch. This may also apply to some settings in the TTR ini file.

Speaking of .ini files, I am using the .ini files from ScvWebFires 1.2 installer, and you WILL need to set almost every setting/controls!
