Now, you all remember the old style MLP. That was garbage. This show, on the other hand, is absolutely fantastic, appealing to all people of all ages.

Apparently Lauren Faust has a deviantart page, and on there she actually links to unofficial uploads of MLP:FiM episodes on YouTube. What this means is that you can totally watch this show for free and legally. So you should. Because it\'s awesome.

Here\'s some quick background on the show!
Main places:
Ponyville - where most things take place, home of earth ponies.
Cloudsdale - this is where the pegasus ponies live and also where rainbows and clouds are made
Main characters:
Twilight Sparkles - a unicorn pony with magic abilities. She is an apprentice of princess Celestia
Applejack - hillbilly earth pony who works on an apple farm
Rainbow Dash - a lesbian tomboyish pegasus pony that can fly really fast
Pinkie Pie - an insane earth pony who is basically overdosed on sugar all the time. Some compare her to Bubbles from the Power Puff Girls
Fluttershy - an ultra shy pegasus pony. She\'s really good with small animals
Rarity - a very self conscious and fashionable unicorn pony
Spike - a baby dragon that can write send messages to other dragons. Works for Twilight Sparkles

Now, you can either watch the first two episodes and get the whole background on what is going on, if you feel intrigued. I don\'t post here very often anymore but I do check in regularly to see how things are going. Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone was aware of the Darkest Hour mod for Red Orchestra that\'s coming out soon. I have had the opportunity to play the public beta and I must say it\'s a fairly well made mod. TTR has always been the best WWII Infantry game I\'ve ever played, but Darkest Hour left me feeling like I was almost playing TTR again. Of course it\'s still fairly different from TTR because it feels like Red Orchestra (and has Tanks :wacko: ) but I am already liking it more than RO (and it\'s still full of bugs). I still am here (and will be) waiting for the release of the new TTR, but I thought this mod was something worth checking out. If you have played it, what do you think of it?
