Al\'s first and wins the cookie!

Yeah, that\'s boot. It\'s pretty much done geometry wise other than small detailings, and it\'s starting to get textured now Tongue

Gego: when you say Brindisi, you mean that choice between brindisi and brindisi2, or did you just fail the map-guess really, really hard? Tongue

RE: Favorite 3 maps
While i\'m not sure what lighting will be in it for the final, for the gameplay testing we\'ll probably just op for your traditional lightmapping and the like.

RE: Favorite 3 maps
One of the things I thought about all the maps was that everything should have been enterable. If it\'s in the map, it needs doors, windows and a real floor plan.

But to counter this, make bullet penetration a reality. You can shoot out a window, but becareful, you will not be invulnerable hiding behind a wall.

RE: Favorite 3 maps
We\'ve actually been talking quite a lot about doing destructable buildings, etc, etc.
And we\'re not going for it right now, but may test the gameplay with it later on.
One of the primary concerns Rob and the others had about it is if you make it too easily destructable, then people could do stuff like drop a building so it cannot be captured, etc.
So we really need to consider gameplay details if we talk it all the way.
As for simple bullet-through-wall penetration, that\'s quite possible, though i\'d really want to get as much data on that as possible(different calibers against different materials) so we could calibrate the ballistics of it.
I\'d prefer to not see a .45 round go through a solid concrete wall for instance XD
I do agree about the floor plans though, if at all possible, we\'d like to make ever location in the game(in referrance to towns, houses, facilities, etc) feel like it\'s been used and people live there.
