This is definitely the most fluid way to do this.

Move(standing) = hipped
Stop(any stance) = shouldered
Move + Crouch = shouldered
IS = secondary fire button (DUH Tongue)

That will mean that you will need to simply re-MOVE the model (remove == bad Tongue) when you are standing.

I think the MOHAA way of hip to shoulder was done pretty close.
