RE: TTR Farewell
What is actually the minimum speed of servers before they can host TTR games well?

RE: TTR Farewell
I would think that anything that fairly new should run it just fine, being a UT TC(and a damn fine one at that!) and all.

RE: TTR Farewell
My old P3-600 (TNT2 Ultra) could run UT at 800x600x32bit in directx

would-be server is AMD Duron 600, with onboard video

RE: TTR Farewell
Well, I\'m on cable, so it\'s whatever my neighbors feel like letting me have!

Otherwise, fairly new, as in what ever has come out since TTR 1.1 came out, but not necessarily bleeding edge. After all UT came out in 99.

Sure thing, i\'ll be hanging about till the end of days.

Please take note the server is now a 16 player one so alert every oldtimer you can think of to play some in the weekend.

I wouldn\'t worry about server specs except bandwidth. With a good setup you can run a 10 player on a good bandwidth upload and a dedicated server.
