Another point that never seems to be discussed is the role of the battle of Britain, had Britain succumbed, there would be no staging point to invade europe by the americans/canadian/British allies, this of course would have allowed the German Army to throw more (although not a substantial amount as 70-80% was already fighting the red army), America could throw more at Japan.. so, maybe a German - American standoff in Manchuria?
