Thread Titles

I suggest that we allow ourselves to edit the title of peoples threads without warning if they are less than descriptive.

What I\'m talking about are threads with titles like \"Look here\", \"OMG it\'s true\" etc. Threads who\'s title say nothing about whats inside.

I would like your opinion on simply editing the title without any hazzle except making a note of it in here. Would we be stepping on toes or would we be within our rights?
