NEW TTR standalone link

As old as this topic may be, it\'s relevent, so mleh to all you people.
I\'ve got my build of ttr99 1.35 tossed up on the server for everyone to get at since we\'re looking at some boon to ttr activity in the near future(wesker\'s server, rob\'s going to host one, etc), so i figured some of you may appreciate this:
