For people who don\'t know.

\"Free running\" is apparently a freestyle form of Parkour, a physical discipline of French origin in which participants attempt to pass obstacles in their environment in a smooth and rapid manner...

Would be fun to see some cop try to catch that. It\'s pretty impressive :o
