Ok a little bit about offline play, i\'ve tweaked a bit of the code and make them go out of their base most of the time but there are hardly any maps that have sufficient bot pathing as it was never intended to have bots work on them.
Some maps won\'t even have bot pathing If we wanted good and decent bot support you would take about a lot of work. Cleaning up ALL the maps in the editor and test them individually would take several months to get started. I fixed a bunch of things to get the bots to objectives a bit better, but since there are no mapper tools to indicate where the bots should stand when defending or attacking they just tend to be lost. Really sorry about it, I always thought it was a fault in the TTR roadmap but I guess it\'s understandable seeing how late in UT\'s history it was released. |
