User hosted servers

Problem is, when, for example 10 people say they will show up on, let\'s say Sunday 1300 GMT, only 2 or 3 end up showing. I take this from an experience where I said I would host a server if so many people would come. There were a lot of votes for people who said they\'d make it, but less than a third showed up. You all just need to stop putting RL infront of TTR
