My alarm clock: Itunes.
Say you need to be up at 10 the next day, and it is 12 midnight at the present time. Set up a playlist of really chilled out music, 10 hours long (just copy and paste the same short play list over and over if needed), and using Itunes you can adjust the volume of seperate tracks to turn the volume of these right down. At the end of the playlist, stick something like metallica, rammstein or linkin park on, but use itunes to double to volume. So you go from very very quiet chilled out music (you can even use the volume control to completely mute the first tracks), to something that will definately wake you up. |
