Torque is a game engine that is used to make games.
it is not a pre-requisite to use games made on torque(unlike mods)
TTR is a complete stand alone game, like UT2k4, CoD, and the like.
The only current version of TTR that is out is playable as a mod with UT99. if all you have is UT2k4, you cant play it
