Question I don\'t get sleep.
I unfortunately don\'t get to sleep because I would miss my dentist appointment if I did, so I am stuck awake for the next 20 hours. This sucks. Sad

RE: I don\'t get sleep.
Lol, no turbs. My alarm clock fails to wake me if I get less than 10 hours of sleep. I sleep through it Tongue

EDIT: to clarify, I will be going to bed in 20 hours from the time posted Tongue My dentist apointment is in like... 6 hours.

RE: I don\'t get sleep.
My alarm clock: Itunes.

Say you need to be up at 10 the next day, and it is 12 midnight at the present time. Set up a playlist of really chilled out music, 10 hours long (just copy and paste the same short play list over and over if needed), and using Itunes you can adjust the volume of seperate tracks to turn the volume of these right down.

At the end of the playlist, stick something like metallica, rammstein or linkin park on, but use itunes to double to volume. So you go from very very quiet chilled out music (you can even use the volume control to completely mute the first tracks), to something that will definately wake you up. Big Grin

RE: I don\'t get sleep.
I think the best waking up music would be something that makes allot of noise and you dont like.

RE: I don\'t get sleep.
nahh being abruptly woken sucks and i doubt its any good for you, you should choose music which slowly builds up but is still loud enough to wake you
