Could you check out the current Moderator Notice written by Shift?

In short, check black and Clinton\'s IP adresses. If they are the same guy he should get some sort of warning.

The IP thing doesn\'t work well with me. I get some weirdness due to portals I have to go through here at work.

NOTE : I wrote this here to make certain none of the other Moderators mark that notice as \"Read\" until you\'ve got it checked out.

Ok. He was just suspicious and wanted us to check up on it. Nothing more. Since Soul reported the IPs and they are indeed different, then I consider this case closed.
