New system
Well this is old news for me since I\'ve had this computer for about a month now, but I figured I\'d show you all my new computer (and the first one I\'ve built).
Specs: NZXT Apollo Case Gigabyte EP-35 Mobo Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 CPU @ 2.8 Ghz EVGA GeForce 9600 GT Superclocked GPU Patriot 4 GB RAM (2x2GB) Corsair 650W PSU Western Digital 640 GB HD Lite-on 22x DVD burner Acer 22\" LCD Monitor Windows Vista 64-bit OS And of course the pics...(sry for the crap quality) I like it |

why did you get a 9600gt?
for linux or something? as a hd4830 which is quite a bit faster is only a few bucks more. |

Sorry I\'m not a big ATI guy... and money was tight. I\'m happy with the performance of the 9600 GT...:tup: Plus I got it for $70.

70 bucks is a nice price for a 9600gt most of the time they are more expensive

Actually, the card I was looking at was a 9600gt as well, so you gotta let me know how the sucker runs

i dont want to come over as a nvidia basher
but the 9600gt is yesterdays tech if you have to get a new budget card the 4770 is the way to go. |
