I often get several maximum but some dont even get leveled up.

I wont give you the combination, but i\'ll explain the mechanics a bit.
Basically, at it\'s core, you\'re just placing things in the right order right?
Well to dictate the correct order, each thing has requirements about the other in order to get to the maximum.
(i\'ll give you a bit of a hit as an example)
ie: if you apply the rocket booster, and te ball shoots into the air, this allows the satilite dish to pick up signals, which go to the tv
each thing has requirements of at least one other thing, oftentimes more than one. So while it\'s simply getting the right order, in order to figure out the order, you figure out the dependancies of each other element

Thought I did figure out certain parts already, I just can\'t seem to get them all right... And I want to know what happens when I do
