I agree with Pun (*shiver*
): link strength to size. The smaller you choose your soldier to be, the weaker, and vice versa, without overdoing the difference on it. And for the game\'s sake, sizes should only be between 1.5 and 2 meters.
You could link size to stamina, but you can\'t just factor in size of the overall body frame. If their legs are strong, but their arms are weak or thin, perhaps aiming is a problem.
Also, short people are harder to knock over.
Dwarves gain +4 to bullrushes and trip attempts while standing! YAY!
