Does anyone else feel better after giving blood? I\'m not talking about that, \"I\'m a pint low on blood\" type of high. I\'m saying that I feel to be in better general health after giving blood.

Yes, I was a regular \"blood giver\" years ago. I\'ve lost that practice lately, tho.
And yes, I felt really good for doing that. You can save literally lifes with a really low effort from your side. And you get free orange juice and cookies after giving

yep i give blood regulary, i cant say i feel physically healthier but of course metally you feel good because you\'ve helped save a life
